Fair by design
Before anyone is charged a cancellation fee, Rawaana looks at what actually happened on the road. Automatic AI detection runs on every ride, with no support ticket and no argument.
Automatic AI detection compares where a driver is against where they accepted your ride. If they never really set off, it counts as not started and you are charged nothing.
Cancel while we're still finding a driver and there's no fee at all. After one accepts you still get a grace window to undo a mistaken tap.
If a driver has already covered distance to reach you, the fee scales with how far they actually drove, and every rupee goes to them, not to us.
Driver photos and documents are screened by automatic AI detection at signup before an account can take a single ride, and repeat offenders lose access.
